WHAT IS A WIFI & NETWORK SURVEY?
Our WiFi & Network survey is a full review of your current existing home network & WiFi.
The survey will identify:

The incoming broadband providers setup & "to the wall" speeds

The current hardware and connected devices on your network

The expected bandwidth used versus actual available

The WAPs (Wireless access points) providing your WIFI
-
The signal strength across your property alongside the speeds & response times
-
Interfering factors such as wall/ceiling make up, competing WIFI & WIFI blockers
-
On site potential improvements that can be made immediately
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Our WIFI & Network survey take about 30mins to complete, with the associated documentation and visual provided at a later date if requested.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
FREE | If you are based in Bournemouth or the immediate surrounding area.
£42.50 | If you are based further afield or if on site fixes remediate your issues
WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?
ON SITE FIXES
If during the survey we find obvious and immediate rectifiable fixes, we will advise and provide on site fixes and tweaks. If no further action is required and we have resolved your issues a £42.50 charge is applicable.

FURTHER ACTIONS REQUIRED
If our Survey finds issues which cannot be fixed on site or require new hardware, systems or setups. We will then provide you with the survey findings alongside our recommendations and a quote for the applicable chosen solution.
If you choose to proceed with the our recommendations & quote then the £42.50 charge will be deducted from your final invoice.
